Congratulations! Ric was recently crowned the Smooth Jazz Idol by Dave Koz on the Dave Koz Cruise for his unique cutting-edge style of playing two saxophones simultaneously. Ric recently got a chance to perform with artists like Wayman Tisdale, Patti Austin, Rick Braun, Jonathan Butler, Brian Simpson, and others in Mexico on the cruise.

Currently, Ric has teamed up with Grammy nominated producer Levi Seacer (former guitarist and music director forPrince & New Power Generation) and vocalist/songwriter Michelle Hailey to form the group 2wo 4our 1ne and co-produce a new self-titled album. "2wo 4our 1ne" features nine originals ranging from the romantic and laid back steppin groove of "K.I.S.S.", to the spicy Latin Jazz flavored "Kebasa Gupe Dr." The soulful mid-tempo "Get Blue" was co-written by Prince and Levi. Their simmering rendition of the classic "Our Love" captivates the essence of great songwriting.
